Bandar Baru Tambun, Perak – Total Investment Sdn. Bhd. is proud to announce the successful completion and handover of Madani Woodlands II Recreation Park, a community-centric project built with a commitment of RM500,000. This latest addition follows the successful launch of the original Madani Woodlands I last year, further solidifying the company’s dedication to enhancing the quality of life for local residents.
The park features a variety of facilities including a running track, basketball court, and dedicated resting areas, all designed to encourage a healthy and active lifestyle for people of all ages.
The grand opening ceremony was officiated by the Minister of Housing and Local Government (KPKT), YB Nga Kor Ming, and was graced by several dignitaries including Deputy Speaker of the Perak State Legislative Assembly, YB Jenny Choy Tsi Jen, Exco for Tourism, YB Loh Sze Yee, and Ipoh Mayor, YBhg. Dato’ Rumaizi Baharin.
During the ceremony, YB Nga Kor Ming announced a RM10 million grant from the federal government to the Perak state government for the development of 20 more Madani Recreation Parks across the state in 2025 — a move that Total Investment Sdn. Bhd. applauds and strongly supports.
“At Total Investment, we believe in building more than just structures — we build communities. We are honored to play a role in creating safe, vibrant public spaces that encourage healthy living and foster community bonds,” said a representative from Total Investment Sdn. Bhd.
The Madani Woodlands II Recreation Park stands as a testament to what public-private collaboration can achieve, and Total Investment remains committed to supporting similar initiatives that bring lasting benefits to the people of Perak.
